Please note the following reservation policy:
1. Should you not be able to attend your reservation, please inform us at least 3 days prior to your reservation. In case of later changes we will unfortunatelly have to charge you € 40,– per person.
2. Cancellations for reservations on December 24th and 31st need to be made at least 21 days in advance. For group bookings of 15 or more people, cancellations must be made at least 10 days before the reservation date.
3. The credit card is used as a security-deposit. The card will only be charged if a cancellation is made after the dates noted above.
4. Please make sure to inform us of any changes to the number of people attending the reservation 3 days in advance. In case we are not able to fully utilize the reserved seat, we retain the right to include an additional charge of € 40,– per person to your final bill for each seat that was reserved but not utilized.
5. Please note that the pre-ordered meals can not be changed.
